Widgets provide quick access to your daily activity, health metrics, and watch information.
Accessing Widgets
From the watch face (Home screen), swipe left to open your Widgets.
Activity Goals
The first widget displays your daily progress for:
- Active Calories
- Steps
- Intensive Minutes
Customizing Your Goals
To customize your daily goals:
- Swipe up to the activity goals widget.
- Tap the metric you would like to change.
- Scroll to your desired goal.
- Press the green check mark or the Select button to save.
Additional Widgets
Continue swiping to view additional information, including:
- Heart Rate trends
- Daily Steps trends
- Sleep data
- Altitude trends
- Barometric Pressure
Managing Your Widgets
Swipe to the end of the Widgets list to customize your layout.
From there, you can:
- Add widgets
- Remove widgets
- Rearrange the order of your widgets
This allows you to keep the information you use most easily accessible.
