Hot Keys give you quick access to the features you use most without having to navigate through menus on your RECKON.
Instead of opening the Control Panel or scrolling through apps, you can assign certain button actions to quickly launch a feature. Think of Hot Keys as shortcuts you can customize around how you use your watch.
How to Customize Your Hot Keys
To view or change your Hot Keys:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Select All Settings.
- Select Hot Keys.
- Choose the Hot Key you want to customize.
- Select the feature you want that button action to open.
Once assigned, using that button action will take you directly to the selected feature.
What Are Hot Keys Good For?
Hot Keys are especially useful for features you want to access quickly. You can customize them based on what matters most to you, so you spend less time navigating menus and more time focused on what you're doing.
For example, we like to set our Ballistics on a hot key.
Flashlight Hot Key
The flashlight has its own built-in Hot Key for fast access when you need light.
Press the two top buttons on either side of your RECKON at the same time to open the flashlight. It will default to red light and toggle to white low or white high with down arrow button.
