Starting and Saving a Workout

Your first fitness activity with Bridger

You can access and customize your fitness activities directly from your watch.

How to start a workout

  1. From the Home Screen, press the upper right Select button to open your fitness activities.
  1. To rearrange, remove, or add activities to your quick access list, select the pencil icon.
  1. Select the activity you'd like to start.
  1. Customize any activity settings before you begin. Available options may include:
      • Goals
      • Pack Weight
      • Touch Lock
      • Auto Lap
  1. For the most accurate GPS tracking, wait for your watch to lock onto your location before starting. You can monitor the GPS signal strength using the small GPS bars in the upper left corner of the activity screen.
  1. Once GPS is locked, press the upper right Select button to begin your activity.

How to save and exit a workout

  1. Press the upper right Select button.
  1. Use the down arrow to navigate to Save & Exit.
  1. Press Select again to save your activity.

Nice work! Your activity will now be saved to your watch.
