How to Share App Logs
Our support team may ask you to send app logs to help troubleshoot an issue with your Bridger Watch.
To generate and share your logs:
- Open the Bridger Watch app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Share Log.
- Select Generate Debug.log.
- Once the log has been created, select the Debug.log file and attach it to an email.
- Send the email to support@bridgerwatch.com.
The app logs help our team diagnose issues more quickly and identify the cause of unexpected behavior.
