How to Factory Reset Your Watch
A factory reset erases all data on your watch and returns it to its original settings. This can be helpful if you're experiencing persistent software issues or if instructed to do so by the Bridger support team.
Note: A factory reset will erase all data stored on the watch. Make sure any desired data has been synced before resetting, as it cannot be recovered afterward.
To factory reset your watch:
- Press the lower right (Back) button to open the Control Panel.
- Scroll down and select All Settings.
- Select System.
- Scroll down and select Reset.
- Confirm that you want to reset the watch.
You will need to follow the “re-pair” instructions to get your watch reconnected to your phone.
