Hard Restart

If your watch is frozen or not responding, you can perform a hard restart.

To restart your watch, press and hold the lower right (Back) button for 7 seconds. Release the button once the watch begins to restart.

After restarting, your watch may briefly display an incorrect date or time. This is normal and should automatically correct itself within a few minutes once the watch reconnects.
