Touchscreen Not Working
If your watch isn't responding to touch, your touchscreen may simply be turned off. This is a built-in feature that can be enabled or disabled from the Control Panel.
Turn the Touchscreen Back On
- Press the lower right (Back) button to open the Control Panel.
- Use the Up or Down buttons to scroll to Touch.
- Press the upper right (Select) button to toggle the touchscreen back On.
Your touchscreen should begin responding immediately.
Why Would I Turn the Touchscreen Off?
The touchscreen can be disabled intentionally to prevent accidental inputs. This is especially useful in rainy or wet conditions.
