Bridger Support may request logs from your device to accurately troubleshoot issues you may be experiencing.
To Upload Watch Logs
First connect to wifi:
- Access your control panel from the home screen by pressing the lower right button labeled 'back'
- Select the 'wifi' tile in the top right
- Toggle your wifi to on
- Select your saved network. It will indicate a green chain link when connected.
Then initiate the log upload:
- Access your control panel from the home screen by pressing the lower right button labeled 'back'
- Select ‘Map Manager’
- Select ‘Maps Support’
- Select ‘Upload Logs’
This process may take several minutes and may operate faster by placing your watch closest to your router for best wifi signal strength.
Once complete select ‘about’ in your map manager and take an image of the information on that screen so the team can identify which logs belong to your device.
